Happy Dollars

Ann Clark gave a happy dollar in honor of the special Santa Claus that showed up for the FAVARH Holiday Party.

Linda Pendergast had 3 happy dollars because she was happy that breakfast has strawberries, blueberries and blackberries.  More importantly, she was happy that her daughter Lori and famiy was travelying from Indiana to spend Christmas with them.  It has been 14 years since they have been able to get together for the holiday.  She also wanted to wish us all Joy in this holiday season.

Joel Fried had 5 happy dollars.  3 for the 3 Rotary Clubs he looked at in Florida.  None of them lived up to our standards, so he didn't join any of them.  The other 2 were because he was visiting his daughter and grandchild who are in Essex and why he was up for the holidays.

Kevin Case had 5 happy dollars.  First because the Canton High School Chamber Singers will be performing in a few minutes.  He also wanted to thank President Don along with Alecia Canning for attending and helping to get the Canton High Interact Club off the ground.

Larry Sullivan shared a joke in honor of the Christmas season.  It was funny in the telling but not reprinted here as your editior feels that you should be present to enjoy the humor.

“The Four-Way Test of the things we think, say or do”:

1. Is it the TRUTH?
2. Is it FAIR to all Concerned?
3. Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
4. Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?
