Mosaic in Connecticut
Jennifer Cavallaro
State Operations Director
Becca Piel
Community Relations Manager

Jennifer Cavallaro is the new State Operations Director for Mosaic in Connecticut, starting this January. Jennifer comes to Mosaic with more than 25 years of human services leadership experience, including serving as the Program Division Director at the Department of Social Services. That work provided her extensive knowledge of Medicaid waivers in Connecticut and the opportunity to develop relationships within DDS, Office of Policy and Management and the Connecticut General Assembly. In her capacity as State Operations Director, Jennifer oversees the overall operations as well as focuses on outreach, advocacy and relationships with our partners.

Becca Piel is the Community Relations Manager for Mosaic in Connecticut. She also recently began working for Mosaic after living in Washington State for the past 9 years working for the YMCA of Greater Seattle as and Operations Director.  She loves that in her current role she can focus on sharing the mission of vision of Mosaic to educate and inspire the broader community.

“The FOUR-WAY TEST of the things we think, say or do”:

1. Is it the TRUTH?
2. Is it FAIR to all Concerned?
3. Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
4. Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?
