Happy Dollars
Bill Barnes was zoning out watching the evening news and was startled to a full wakeful state when he saw Ann Clark sharing the history of the Burlington State Fish Hatchery.
Peter Vignati is looking forward to Susanne returning home tomorrow. She is in Montreal visiting her mother and brother who flew in for a visit from Germany while Peter has been caring for the house and the animals.
Jolly Lux has happy and celebratory dollars. She put out a press release last week about the club's partnership with GLO and the success of their greenhouse so keep an eye out for any press. The greenhouse is producing fruits and vegetables and doing very well. She is very excited and looking forward to the GLO party at the North House next Friday October, 6. All are welcome to attend!
Phil Ferrari visited with Craig Nation who is currently at Anthology Simsbury. He is doing a bit better and is currently receiving round the clock care.

Club Day
Rotary Trivia!
Our hosts this rainy Friday morning are Bill Barnes and Linda Pendergast! Club members entered and chose random numbers from a basket. The numbers helped divide up teams for a round of Rotary trivia! 26 questsions were asked and the winning team would be awarded $55 tickets to the foundation brunch. The teams divided up and the questsions were asked, and the teams answered... it was no walk in the park, and members bonded over the difficulty!
After the bonus round, teams passed their answers to the right and the other team graded... Jolly Lux, Tom Voorhees and Brian O'Donnell's team won, and Jolly celebrated with a happy dance!!
The cheat sheet we may all have benefitted a peek or two from
An anonymous example of a worksheet featuring an array of struggles, including team members struggling to answer the questsions, for the tester to spell questions correctly, and for the grader to correctly execute simple addition. It takes a village!!

“The FOUR-WAY TEST of the things we think, say or do”:
1. Is it the TRUTH?
2. Is it FAIR to all Concerned?
3. Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
4. Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?
