Chris was born and raised in Miami Beach, Florida where she lived for forty-five years. She spent the next twenty years in Fort Lauderdale, and then moved to Canton in 2015 to be near to her son who lives with his family in Avon and works at ESPN. Chris lost her husband of twenty years in April, 2017 and is now a widow. She has a granddaughter, age thirteen and a grandson, age nine. Chris loves being near them and really enjoys living in Connecticut, in spite of the winters and the taxes.
